The 8-week online educational training will be implemented via AGBU Armenian Virtual College platform — using a tailored curriculum designed to fit the needs of the selected companies. As needed, topics may include: 

• Technical innovation – emerging technological trends in a variety of industries such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Internet of Things 
• Business Development – product-market fit, sales, marketing, finance, legal, and other topics 
• Soft Skills – teamwork, leadership, company culture, presentation skills, and other topics  
   

Phase 1 
Two classes per week held by internationally recognized experts, who will give virtual lectures, conduct workshops, assign activities, answer questions, etc.  

• One-on-one meeting with a dedicated mentor for 2 hours per week 
• One-on-one meeting with program coordinator each week, who will serve as a guide throughout the program  
   

Phase 2 
The opportunity to pitch to investors, attract new international partners and clients during a free of charge visit to Silicon Valley (once travel restrictions are lifted)
